Excelus Leaders has given me at least £20,000 of value to date and we are only just half way through the programme. As for the almost £8,000 price I got that amount of value from the very first day.

About Excelus Managers

Excelus Managers has been specifically designed to address a need within growth orientated businesses. Its purpose is to provide these businesses with skilled, dynamic managers who can assist leaders develop strategies, facilitate growth, and effect real business improvements.

Research with Directors and Owners seeking to achieve growth and development in their firms showed that they often lack managers with the skills to assist in this process. Excelus Managers aims to address this issue and equip participating managers with the necessary skills.

Excelus Managers includes a mix of three distinct elements; thought provoking workshops, a significant in-company action learning project and one to one personal coaching.

As in Excelus Leaders, you will be provided with an array of proven leadership and management tools. These are invaluable in helping you to measure, analyse, and assess business and real life situations. They also provide appropriate frameworks to plan, monitor and control the way forward.

The workshops have a practical orientation which leaves participants well placed to go back to their own businesses and rapidly put the learning into practice.

Throughout Excelus Managers, the sponsoring Director or Owner of the company is tasked with working with their participant on a company specific improvement project. At the outset, thoughtful consideration is given to the project – what will be its value to the individual and the organisation, who needs to be involved, what is the level of risk, how much support will be needed, etc?
