Excelus Managers is unique.
It was designed by Business Owners for Business Managers.

Its purpose is specific, to turn out managers better experienced, skilled and practiced at getting things done, thus improving organisational efficiency.

Research with growth focused Business Owners and Chief Executives revealed managers with lots of good qualities but who could be more effective if better skilled at getting things done. Excelus Managers develops these practices in managers providing them with the confidence to get things done differently and so achieve different and better results.

Excelus for Managers involves a mix of:

• integrated workshops
• Personal Coaching
• a practical six month project that will impact directly on the business.

Throughout the work based project, each manager is supported by one of our experienced coaches. The business leader gets an enhanced management team to help him or her take the business to the next level. The manager gets the confidence to get more things done and further develop the business.
